8 YEARS OF LOVE

On Friday this last week I had the privilege to take my beautiful bride away for our annual anniversary getaway. I surprised her and took her to the Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was great to celebrate 8 years of marriage with her. I realized over the course of those 24 hours how much I really love her. She puts up with so much from me and still loves me in spite of it. She has sacrificed so that I could live out my dreams. She has given up things so our children may have things they want and need in this life. She has sacrificed more than one could imagine so that others can live out their lives to the fullest. So when it came time to take her away this year I decided to sacrifice as much as I could so she could have a relaxing time away. The beauty is, is that we got an incredible deal on a super rockin’ room. Here are the pics of the room. It was relaxation bliss.

About the Author

Trevor

What makes me...well...me? There are a lot of things that make up the complexities of who I am. I love God, my wife, my two little girls, and all types of crazy interesting people. I love good conversation, a bit of controversy, rebellion with a cause, and hot green tea. I love to write, read, take photos, and spend time on my patio with good friends and my beautiful family. Scripture confuses, perplexes, intrigues, and floors me. It brings me hope, joy, and frustration. I work for one of the greatest churches in the country with the greatest team ever assembled. We will challenge you and your staff to a duel on the playground at 3:10 on any afternoon. This space is for us to conversate and share thoughts on life, love, creativity, and ministry. Welcome to my little nook of the web. I hope you will come in, take off your shoes and stay awhile.
