Today is already a great day. I have registered my oldest child for 1st grade, hung out with my wife, drank a chocolate banana vivano at Starbucks and am currently listening to Muddy Waters Blues album and praying and reflecting on our day yesterday at Compass Roanoke. I like sitting on what happened the day before for a night. It really gives me fresh perspective on what and how God moved. Here are a few highlights from our day yesterday. Our set up team never ceases to amaze me. They LOVE what they do and I must say that I LOVE them for it. They are unreal. Rob and our team did an incredible job with the Beatles song "All You Need Is Love"...British accent and all :-)... to open the service. This series on Proverbs is reaping huge benefits in the lives of our people. To have the whole body going through the same scriptures and reading the same things brings a cohesion to the church unlike anything else we do.
